What is the PSD return policy?

We accept exchanges or credits only (no refunds) for a change of mind or size returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. The customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs with a change of mind or size return. The item must also be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging. Under Australian health and hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns of any worn underwear.

What happens if my product is faulty?

PSD Underwear Australia takes extreme care in ensuring our underwear is of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we’d be happy help you resolve the problem. You can create a new return request for faulty items using our contact form. PSD Underwear Australia will cover all costs associated with returned goods, including delivery.

What are my options when I return an item?

PSD Underwear Australia provides three returns options:

  1. Exchange for an alternate size/design (subject to stock availability)
  2. Store Credit to your PSD Underwear Australia online account (for customers with an account)
  3. Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal – not available to change of mind or size returns)

 On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by PSD Underwear Australia. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your underwear. We’ll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.

How can I request a return, exchange or refund?

You can create a new return request using our contact form. All you need is your order number and email address with which you placed the order, which can be found in your order confirmation email.
